Return Policy

At Knockout Fight Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in its original condition and packaging. It should not be damaged, soiled, or altered in any way.
The product must be returned with all original accessories, instructions, and documentation.
The product must be returned with a copy of the original invoice or receipt.

If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product's original price.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at knockoutfg@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the return. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure that the product is returned safely.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference. If you choose a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

If you choose an exchange, we will ship the new product to you within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. If there is a difference in price between the returned product and the new product, we will issue a refund or charge the difference accordingly.
