Knockout fight gear>wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied or simply you want to return your order or any part of your order so please write to us within 30 days of receiving the order.
After 30 days we offer store credit. Please let us know via email at info@knockoutboxing.us
Please include the original invoice/packing slip or print up the order confirmation that you received in e-mail after the order was placed. Include a note stating that this is a return or exchange request, this ensures a much faster refund or exchange.
We will take a 20% re-stocking fee minus the ship/handling rate on all returns. If you have any further questions then please call us at 786-542-1923.
All returns must be in the same condition they were sent in (unwashed, unused, unaltered, and with original packing) we will not accept any return in used or damaged condition under any circumstances.
Shipping charges are not refundable. After receiving merchandise, we will issue a refund back to the same credit/debit card used to make for order after adjustment of the 20% re-stocking fee.
Please write on the invoice or order confirmation the reason for return.
Heavy Item Returns: You can return the heavy or large items within 30 days after delivery but make sure the item is in brand new, unused unwashed condition, has original packing with full details, and items can be sold for full price. PLUS, the Buyer will pay the return shipping charges for large items (Punching Bag, Puzzle Mats, Folding Mats, etc)
Exchange Policy: Knockout Boxing can make an exchange on items that are in brand new, unused unwashed condition, having original packing with full details and items can be sold for full price. You can send items back to our store in Miami with a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation and with a note stating what you prefer instead. We don’t charge a 20% re-stocking fee on exchanges.
Knockout Boxing will charge you just a re-shipping fee to send you back a new item. On all uniforms make sure that the pant string is not pulled. This causes the top waist material to bunch up and it’s not considered as new one.
Customize Orders: All sorts of custom orders (embroider, printed, private labeling, etc) once artwork is approved by the customer are non-returnable, non-refundable, no exchanges, and no exceptions. Customer satisfaction is our store policy.
